I first tasted this peppermint tea while out for breakfast and fell in love with it, it’s actually what recruited me to the two leaves website. Tons of flavour without any bitterness. This is my favourite tea to drink in the evening to help me feel refreshed and relaxed before bed.

I had to chime in with all the other raving reviews. Like someone else mentioned, you *cannot* oversteep this tea. Even a minute too long with some other peppermint teas I’ve tried and the tea is ruined--it’s too bitter. The menthol in this is potent, but nowhere near overwhelming. It’s fresh and comforting at the same time. Would recommend to anyone, regular tea drinker or otherwise! I was also excited to learn that the peppermint is grown in Eastern Washington, which is where I happen to live. I’ve spent many a hot summer day tromping down the Little Spokane river, picking mint leaves off the wild plants here and there and chewing happily upon them. This tea brought me the joy of that moment as soon as I tasted it. And it wasn’t until *after* I tasted it that I Googled it and found out where it was grown! We’ll chalk that one up to coincidence--the tea embodies the taste of fresh mint. You can’t get it any better unless you pick the leaves yourself! Certainly, you can’t *buy* anything better.

One evening in a dessert desperation, I created a tasty recipe with Two Leaves peppermint tea (see below). Later, when I ran out of tea I bought some other peppermint tea that was expensive. Blech. So I went to Whole Foods and bought every peppermint tea they carry and did a taste test. Two Leaves was so far superior (no bitter aftertaste, no additional woody tastes, just pure peppermint) that I decided never to buy anything else. I ordered a case when Whole Foods ran out and didn’t restock quickly enough. Here’s the recipe for candy cane in a cup. Peppermint suppresses appetite and aids digestion so I have a cup after dinner. And sometimes after lunch. 12-14 oz boiling water Two Leaves Peppermint tea bag (or two) heaping tsp honey splash or two of coconut hempmilk unsweetened (in the dairy case at many stores) Pour the water over the honey and tea bag (I use two for a real candy cane taste). Let steep 4-5 min. Stir to be sure honey is suspended well. Pour in hempmilk to taste. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. (I often use the tea bags twice to make them last longer.)

Simply stunning tea. Vibrant flavours without being harsh or overpowering. I used to buy this tea religiously when I lived in the US but now that I live in Scotland I have it shipped straight here! Wonderful.

Love, love, love this tea! It tastes like a candy cane and has a natural sweetness. Sometimes I like to add honey. It’s nice to drink anytime of the day, and is also helpful for a tummy ache.

I went to this cool cafe near the beach and saw peppermint tea and thought of trying it, as I enjoy all minty flavors... As soon as I went for the first sip, the aroma was so good!! I was drinking the most refreshing tea ever! I fell in love with this tea... I think I can enjoy it all year long, any time of the day.. Ordering my pack of 100 right now :D (I did buy some other flavors at the cafe to try them at home, but I think this flavor is the winner)

I purchased a box of this peppermint tea from Whole Foods. I must say, upon opening the package I was shocked. Shocked that a company, that espouses such progressive values and a commitment to organic methods and small, sustainable farms, would be individually packaging their tea in plastic (you know, that stuff that takes 2000 years to decompose). I usually buy tea in bulk, but I wanted some individually bagged tea for travel. Other companies package their teas individually in waxed paper (often recycled, non-bleached). This greatly reduces the amount of waste and environmental impact. There are alternative, sustainable options for individual tea packaging. Its very discouraging that your company has not explored them. However delicious my peppermint tea may be, I will not purchase it again from your company until you spend more time examining the ethics of your packaging practices.

I had this tea in a restaurant. I’ve been drinking peppermint tea for 40 years and this is the ONLY peppermint tea I’ve had that did not get bitter and dry tasting if over-brewed. It holds its lightness and sweetness forever. Don’t know how they do it, but I’ll be buying it from these guys from now on.

I buy this tea by the case. Peppermint is perfect after a meal because it helps with digestion. It also helps if you have an upset stomach. Peppermint is also very cooling, so it’s wonderful when the weather is warm because it cools you off.

Strong and good! It’s hard to get peppermint tea wrong, but this one is full-flavored and nice. It’s perfect for cold weather and for when you have a cold. I’m looking at the site now to see where I can find it in store. I’ve only bought it from the menu at coffee shops so far.

I purchased a tin of loose leaf peppermint while on vacation. I must say that it is the smoothest, nicest-tasting peppermint tea that I’’ve ever had. I intend to purchase the satchels next.

I travel a lot and tried the Peppermint sachets. I found the flavor to be nice and it did not leave an after taste like some mint teas I have tried. It also travels well. I am looking forward to trying the other varieties. I have spent a lot on teas and honey and this is by far my favorite peppermint mint tea.
