I too liked the old tea better (before packaging was changed-company must have been sold hence the name change). The old tea was far more flavorable!

I love this tea and have been drinking it religiously for the past 2 years. However, I am a bit disappointed in the new version. The last two boxes I purchased not only looked different, but the tea leaves are much smaller (crushed?) which affects the flavor. I much prefer the larger, loose leaf style.

I love this Earl Grey. It is not the least bit bitter even when I forget and steep it too long. I am opting to purchase this rather than the less expensive brand.

This is the best Earl Grey I've ever had!! Love the wonderful aroma as i'm sipping. It's a great way to start the morning.

This Earl Grey is grey and kinda dreary. To be fair, I am very picky about EarlGrey tea.
I agree that this tea needs a better and more pungeant bergamot oil. I use an earl grey that is much cheaper and this one really doesnt quite do it for the price. I love your other teas. I recommend Gen Mai Cha (nutty, interesting), Assam (smooth and bold), and Alpine berry (delightful).
