Orders placed before noon Eastern time will ship out that same day, unless the order is shipped via USPS, in which case the cut-off time is 10am Eastern time. Orders received after that time will ship out the following business day. Our warehouse and customer support is open Monday through Friday, 8am - 8pm EST.
Please note that our warehouse will be closed for orders and shipments on the following holidays - New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after (11/28 + 11/29), Christmas Day and the day before (12/24 + 12/25).
In the event that an item is out of stock, you will be notified and your order will ship in full when that item is back in stock.
Two leaves tea company™ships out of Perrysburg, OH. We offer flat rate shipping based on value options for all destinations. You will be able to choose the shipping method and view rates before submitting your order.
US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canadian orders of $50 or more receive FREE shipping! (FedEx ground or USPS First Class for US, and USPS First Class International for Canada.) Free shipping is based on merchandise totals after transaction discounts and special promotions. Offer cannot be applied to previous orders.
Orders shipped within the US are sent via FedEx or USPS. APO/FPO/DPO Military orders ship via USPS.
We ship to our tea fans in Canada via the United States Postal Service International Mail - First Class or Priority. Expect up to two weeks delivery time.
Two leaves™ and Paisley Tea™ is shipped internationally using USPS First Class or Priority International Mail. While your order may take some time to arrive, we are glad that tea drinkers across the world have the opportunity to experience our great, organic whole leaf tea.

Accessories and teaware must be unused and in their original packing. If an item is found damaged or used, Two Leaves and a Bud won't be able to issue a refund. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless we are responsible for a mis-shipped order.
