Ingredients:
2 tbsp strawberry jam
1 tbsp Nice Matcha Tea Latte Blend
8 oz cold milk
ice
strawberry cloud:
2 tbsp strawberry jam
splash of milk
3 oz heavy whipping cream
Loosen the strawberry jam with a splash of milk, then whip together with the heavy cream until soft peaks form for the strawberry cloud. Whisk the Nice Matcha into the milk, add ice to the glass, pour in the matcha milk, and top with the strawberry cloud.
