Common Questions

It starts with a large-leaf, organic black tea and uses real bergamot for a smoother, less bitter cup than other Earl Greys.
Yes. It is USDA-certified organic and made from black tea, so it carries a moderate, natural caffeine level.
Bergamot is a citrus fruit about the size of an orange but yellow-green and pear-shaped; its oil gives Earl Grey a distinctive floral-citrus aroma.
It's available as a 15-sachet retail box, 100-sachet bulk box, or as a 50-count Naked Tea Sachet resealable sleeve (no individual envelopes).
Steep one sachet in boiling water (212°F) for 3-5 minutes; steeping longer will bring out more tannins and a stronger bergamot note.
